2. What should I do if my flowers wilt within 48 hours?
We offer a 48-hour guarantee for our flowers. If they wilt within this timeframe despite proper care, please send us a photo of the wilted flowers, and we will provide a replacement.
3. Can I request a specific look or type of flowers for my bouquet?
Yes, for maximum similarity and to ensure we use the exact flowers you desire, please place your order in advance. This allows us to source the necessary flowers and create the arrangement to your specifications.
4. What happens if the flowers I want are not available due to seasonality or market conditions?
If specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions, we may make substitutions. However, we always ensure that substitutions are made with flowers of equal or higher value to maintain the quality and aesthetic of your arrangement.
