1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Address Changes:
- Any cancellations or changes to the delivery address must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

2.⁠ ⁠Product Condition Guarantee:
- We guarantee that your flowers will arrive in perfect condition. If your flowers are damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving the order and keep the flowers intact. As flowers are perishable, we cannot accept claims beyond this time.

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged Flowers:
- If possible, we will replace any damaged flowers. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund within 2 working days.
